Training Program for Apartment Residents—unrestricted revenues

 
SER-SJV provided after-school tutoring, computer literacy, educational, job search assistance, and other services for residents at ten Tax Credit housing projects. These independent income-generating contracts allow SER-SJV to provide services for children, youth, and adults. This service is provided for residents living in affordable housing complexes in five counties throughout the State.


Target Eight Advisory Council—unrestricted revenues

 
In July 2013, SER-SJV signed an agreement with the Target Eight Advisory Council to provide administrative and financial services for one of their childcare centers—Julia A. Lopez Child Development Center—in Orange Cove, CA.
